(Receptions, celebrations, club meetings, retreats or any event that will include alcohol or require a reservation of Ecology facilities or space)

This form may also be used to capture a blanket request for the fiscal year (i.e., EcoVoice practice every Thursday, September through March, 3 p.m.-4 p.m.)

All persons are subject to UGA's Policy 5.01 Use of Campus Space.


After you click the submit button your request will be routed to the Ecology Business Office for review. All events require upper Admin review for risk management. If additional information is needed, someone will be in contact. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming space rental, if Ecology space was involved.
