Welcome, Grady students! This form is for students interested in more information about internships for academic credit.

This is your first step in requesting an internship for credit, or can be used to request more information from your academic advisor if you are unsure if you are eligible.

Students admitted into their Grady College majors may request academic course credit for an internship experience. To request course credit, please fill out the form below. Your academic advisor will review and follow up with more information.

Please note that you may only move forward with course credit if you have completed your department's pre-requisites for the internship course. Your academic advisor will confirm your pre-req status after reviewing your form.

By filling out this request form, your internship is not yet approved for academic credit. We will follow up with next steps.

Students interested in requesting course credit through the New Media Certificate, Sports Media Certificate or Grady graduate program should reach out to their certificate or graduate advisor to follow those request processes.
