Variety Testing Usage Survey

Dear Participant,

My name is Daniel Mailhot, and I am the Director of the Statewide Variety Testing Program at the University of Georgia. I am requesting you to take part in a survey to help improve the structure and content of the annual reports published each year by the University of Georgia. We are specifically looking for feedback about how you prioritize information included in the annual reports. The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by yourself and not more than once. Participation is voluntary, and you can refuse to take part or stop at any time. Your responses will help us improve the annual reports so that farmers will have access to more powerful data to help make informed decisions regarding varieties available on the market.
