Application for Undergraduate Research Course Approval

Course approval only for: POUL 4960R, POUL 4970R, POUL 4980R, and 4990R

GUIDELINES: This course is 1-4 credit hours and provides students the opportunity to participate in laboratory research under the direction of a faculty member in the Department of Poultry Science. A minimum of 3 hours of work in the lab per week is required for each credit hour. Students must complete a written report describing the semester's research activities and present their research findings. There are several deliverables that students with consultation with their research faculty member may choose from to receive credit as outlined in the application.

INSTRUCTIONS: Students who wish to register for a supervised undergraduate research course must complete this form and submit by the third day of classes in the semester in which the research will be completed.
