Guidelines for posting an announcement or event to the COE Connection:
We make every attempt to create a comprehensive yet concise newsletter for events and announcements that are directly relevant to MFECOE students.
COE Connections are sent Monday at noon. Please keep this in mind when you submit time-sensitive requests.
If you want your announcement featured in the upcoming COE Connection, your submission must be received before 5pm on Friday.
Please include any relevant website links, contact information, deadlines, and any other relevant information for students to know how to access the event or announcement.
** This form is for extracurricular activities relevant to our student population, and this is not the appropriate forum for housing listings, requests for at-home help, or individual student recognition.

Important run dates:
- First Edition for the Fall 2026 semester: August 17, 2026
- Last edition for the Fall 2025 semester: November 30, 2026
- First edition for the Spring 2026 semester: January 11, 2027
- Last edition for Spring 2026 semester: April 26, 2027
