B3C Consultation Request Form

Welcome to the Biostatistical Consulting and Collaboration Center (B3C) at UGA! Thank you for your interest in our biostatistical consulting services. The purpose of this intake form is to gather information about your project and objectives so that we can best match you with the appropriate support. It should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and you can expect to hear from us within two business days after submission.
