Spring 2026 | Grady College High Demand Major Application

All Grady College majors are high demand. The criteria below are minimum eligibility requirements that must be met in order to apply to a Grady College major. Admission to any Grady College major is not guaranteed.

Please Note: Applicants who do not meet the minimum eligibility requirements will not be considered for admission to a Grady College major.

To be eligible to apply in the current application period, students must:

Be accepted to UGA and enrolled in Spring 2026 classes
Have 24 hours in Areas I-V of the general education core curriculum complete or in progress (during the term you apply)
Have a minimum 2.8 Overall GPA

In addition to the online application, applicants must also:

Complete a written statement of interest before January 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Appointments for writing the statement of interest must be made through University and Community Testing Services.

Students applying in the current application period will be notified of admissions decisions in mid-March. Students accepted to a Grady major will begin their course work in Fall 2026.
