Instructions: All students who wish to register for a supervised research course must submit this application at least one day before the last day of the Drop/Add period for the semester in which the research will be completed.

Note: Please proceed with completing this application only if you have already discussed this course with your desired faculty mentor.
If you are interested in research, but have not yet met with a faculty mentor regarding such opportunities, please see our Faculty Directory to learn more about the research interests of our faculty and reach out to them for more information.

Students will not be approved for an R-suffix course if they have not been cleared to register for the course ahead of time by a faculty member.
