Greg and Peggy Jones Scholarship Fund Student Application

STUDENT APPLICATION FOR THE GREG AND PEGGY JONES SCHOLARSHIP FUND

With generous support from the Greg and Peggy Jones Scholarship Fund, the Division of Biological Sciences is pleased to support BIOL (Biology) majors who engage in Experiential Learning activities while attending the University of Georgia.

If you are planning to engage in an Experiential Learning activity related to the BIOL major in Spring or Summer 2026, you are encouraged to submit your plans to Greg and Peggy Jones Scholarship Fund. Your application will be reviewed to determine if The Fund can help offset costs that you will incur in order to successfully achieve the activity.

Preference will be given to:

approved UGA Experiential Learning Activities and/or Courses (see https://el.uga.edu/students/find-my-experience/)

Applications are due April 20, 2026 at 5 pm. Recipients will be notified by April 30, 2026.
