This is the application for UGA 2025 Vet School for a Day (VSD) 2.0, which is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 11:30 - 5pm. VSD 2.0 is open to any Pre-Vet interested undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a college or university, in-state and out of state.

The goal of VSD 2.0 is to expose students who have a keen interest in the many career opportunities that exist in veterinary medicine. VSD will be held in the Spring and includes a tour of the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital, interactive learning with veterinary medicine representatives from different areas of interest, and an admissions overview. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from our students on their career paths and experiences. More details about the schedule and programming will be shared with students who are selected to attend.

The application deadline will end on Friday, January 23rd. Our office will reach out to confirm selected students by Friday, January 30th. Our office hopes to select 50-60 participants. Each selected participant must submit a $20 deposit to attend VSD 2.0, after selection. We hope to have a mixture of students from several different colleges and universities.
