FALL 2026 TOURS ARE FULL! We have no more space! However, you can still complete this form so you can receive an email reminder on when tours for Spring 2027 will open up in late December! Additionally, you can pick the dates below (that says FULL) to indicate your preferred dates as you are automatically added to a waitlist. If a person drops out, the waitlister in order of registration will be contacted. If you do NOT hear from us, you can assume no one dropped out of the tour or an earlier waitlister was contacted. Do NOT contact us to check if there are any spots or where you are on the waitlist. Last year's waitlist was around 90 people and only 2-3 participants dropped out of their spots of the 50 that were confirmed.

Thank you for your interest in the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine's Biweekly VMC Tour. Please add your information and select your preferred time slots to sign up for a biweekly VMC tour. 

Biweekly tours of the UGA Veterinary Medical Center are hosted from September 2026 through November 2026. Spring 2027 dates will be posted by December 18, 2026.• Friday, September 11th • Friday, September 25th • Friday, October 9th • Friday, October 23rd • Friday, November 6th • All tours are given from 12:00-1:00pm EST on each available date. If you are running late, the tour will start without you and you will NOT have an opportunity to reschedule due to the high demand of biweekly tour requests.  

Tour options will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis based on your responses to this registration form. If our office has availability for one of your tour date preferences, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 - 7 business days.  If no tour option is available based on all of your tour date preferences, we will notify you via email within 5 - 7 business days. Alternatively, we will retain your contact information and notify you if a tour date is available from the cancellation of a previous registrant. If a registrant cancels their tour date reservation, our office will contact wait-list registrants approximately 3 - 5 business days before the date of the tour and based on the order of registration. However, please assume that all tour dates have remained full if you are not contacted within 3 - 5 business days of your preferred tour date as a wait-list recipient.
