This scholarship application is for the upcoming academic year. Please note that any awarded scholarships will be processed in July. In order to apply for and be awarded a scholarship, you must:

Be enrolled in an approved Undergraduate or Graduate in the College of Public Health during the award period.
Meet any additional criteria that is specific to the scholarship for which you are applying.
Your scholarship application must be received by the deadline on January 31 yearly by 11:59pm. There will be no exceptions or extensions to the deadline.
Answer every question on the application and submit all required documents. You will be required to submit your CV/ Resume, Unofficial Transcript, and a personal statement for each scholarship that you are applying for. Some scholarships also require a letter of recommendation.
Note: Any question left unanswered will be interpreted as a "No" response.
