Graduation/Certification Letter Request Form

The following form should be completed for requesting a letter for employment that verifies graduation or program completion before your degree is officially awarded in Athena. The College of Education’s Graduation and Certification Official will review the request and letters will be processed within 48 hours of receiving of the request.
